This is exactly the point I have been trying to make with people. How many white girls can say they grew up playing men's hockey, can shoot a pistol with nearly perfect accuracy, and teach in the south Bronx? Us NYers aren't afraid of anyone or anything.
A lot of people. You need to go to the Midwest and South more.
sorry but this happens in most big cities in america. Street smats is street smarts. Anybody from any city can have it. When I was living in chicago I saw some crazy stuff that nobody would want to see but that doesn't make me different or more "tougher" than anyone else from any other city just because it was in chicago.

I don't find people from NYC to be tougher then people from any other area. Having gone to a SUNY school, about half the kids were from the NYC area. They were no more or less tough than the kids from other places. When I go down there to work, they are no tougher than anybody else. I have met plenty of weak people from NYC.
