As an experience person I've lived in NYC Manhattan, I've rented for in apartment that just in 2 months I've lost 40k dollars just in an apartment where you hear your neighbors snoring and listen to music. In my opinion if you live in NYC you have to come with money because just for an apartment it cost almost as the prices of houses so what I'm trying to say is that if you come to NYC make sure you have money and your plan how to live in NYC because in NYC it is expensive, you have to have money, and you must have a great history in how you work to get a great job that pays alot.
