I'm waiting on a response too. Hopefully, it's a call to come into orientation. (I wish! LOL)

I got the information from many sources:

Streeteasty via Curbed

StreetEasy: Talk - Silver Towers

Apartmentratings.com

Curbed even joked about the area being "East New Jersey" because it's so desolate.

Someone fell to their death while building this place.

@drmanhattan or anyone who knows, do you have to be a club 7 member to rent the cars, or is that seperate? And i was also curious about the hours for the gym and the roof park, someone said on apartmentratings.com the hours were unreasonable.

Geesh I wish I could get at least a one bedroom. Their studios are like motel rooms.

thanx for the info. i just read many of the reviews on silver towers. only 2 of 15 of the reviews were positive most people complaining about poor management, excessive fees, and poor maintenance. if you dont sign up for ammenities, it seems like half of your troubles will disappear. whats amazing is that in miami, Sunny Isles for example, you can find a large 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, beautiful floor tiles, balcony, laundry room(shared), outdoor building pool, and parking space for $800 or less.

all that stuff sounds like it sucks for the market renters, low income renters should have not much complaints though, the max rent I saw for a 2 Bedroom was like $775..would've had no complaint from me , that's like 6x less than the market rate for a 2bed there

@ Emulator...thats the key. I would probably complain too if I was paying upwards of 3000$ a month for rent and people cant fix things on time or I dont have any air in my apt etc.. Now will I complain about these same issues? Absolutely ! But I would most certainly be much more upset if I was paying as much as they are.

As i've stated I have a friend thats been there since December and when i've gone to visit I did notice that they're elevators have no ventilation..its pretty hot in there definitely a concern (god forbid someone gets stuck).

But its sad..this building on a scale of 1-10 is probably a around a 7..but could have very well been a 15 ! Had they not gone the route of trying to sqeeze as much money as possible out of people
