just what was stated b4 the last guys to be hired in the summer already had the process started... this is not an overnight hiring process. people will need time to get the cdl training at fbf and medicals for 400+ people don't happen in one day either...

We got our notices last week of october and were hired dec 13 so they can be quick when they need to be

they rushed you in for the winter...theres no need to rush a class in the summer...for anyone waiting try givin a call to human resources downtown and see what they are planning to do
I will tell you all what I know about the next class. Bloomberg is talking about needing to cut 2 billion dollars from the budget and that 5000 layoffs city wide is going to happen. Sanitation was suppose to have 2 more classes. Those classes will be cut and considered part of the layoffs.

woah what a let down... good thing i took other tests. i just got my results card for nyc fraud investigator. my list # is in the 3xx's so i might just end up with that job b4 i get called by sanitation or if i ever get called...
