No, that Rochester is a creative city.

-This entire city has expressway access around it.
- Low crime isn't in cities. Look in 2nd/3rd ring burbs. it takes less than 25 min to go 20 miles into the city for me and I am on the outer edge of a 3rd ring burb. Try looking up crime stats for Williamsville, Clarence and surrounding burbs. Not any issues.
