-Wegmans is from Rochester and is all over WNY.
-You will find good food, and I am not talking about chains ( thought they are here)
-Your rental budget will get you almost anything A really nice rental can easily be $1500 ( for 3 BR) in a development/ or probably a bit more in a loft or a renovation in Buffalo. -This entire city has expressway access around it.
- Low crime isn't in cities. Look in 2nd/3rd ring burbs. it takes less than 25 min to go 20 miles into the city for me and I am on the outer edge of a 3rd ring burb. Try looking up crime stats for Williamsville, Clarence and surrounding burbs. Not any issues.
