Also, where Samaritan Hospital is located is in the nicest part of the city. If you have older children, Watertown High and Immaculate Heart Central Jr.-Sr. High are in that area of town. So, there are actually a couple of options within the city of Watertown and the South Side of town.

Default US Route 11?

Hello, I'm moving to Watertown this summer.
Was looking at a house out in the 17000 section of US Route 11.
Any thoughts on this area?
Thanks in advance for your help!

You should be fine in terms of safety, as it is in a rural area in the town of Watertown. I think it is in the Watertown City SD, but I'm not sure. If not, it is probably in the South Jefferson SD. There are also private schools in Watertown as well.

I am also moving Watertown from Houston TX. I never lived in a cold and small town. I have no clue to find the right place to live by my self (female). I saw a fully furnished apartment "Coffeen Apartment". Which is closer to Jefferson Community College where I will be teaching. Is anyone have any idea How is this apartment? Or any suggestion, please.

I would enter Fort Drum in the search space and you will find threads where apartments are mentioned for the area. If interested, I’d look into the Downtown Watertown thread too.

Given where you would be working, these apartments near the campus would be some to look into: https://www.ontariovillage.com

Oh let's see....last week I had 4 family members across the street from me chasing someone with a baseball bat due to an argument lol
I really can't recommend this city to anyone, public officials do not respond to concerns
