keeping it nice and simple. Is there any places around 60,000 or more that are decent in price, ranging from $700-820/ month. Area must be decent and must be lively with a vibrant artsy scene. I have been looking into many areas like Delaware, New Jersey, Penn, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, Conn, and even New England but haven't found much. Any info helps and thank you for the feedback. We like bigger cities but are willing to except suburbs.

Look into Nyack, New Paltz and Saugerties. If you look Upstate, look at Saratoga Springs, Ithaca and Binghamton, as well as the major cities too. Schenectady, Troy and Utica might be sleepers too.
