Dream Again (boyfriend)

No matter what the dream may be it's always the same thing. This time I was in town and saw some trains go by and stopped at their stations and my ex boyfriend got off and walked up to me and I confronted him asking him if he cheated on me while him and I were dating.
I always tend to have these dreams on and off and it's driving me insane. Do you think it means anything or should I do anything about it?

It means you had suspicions he did cheat on you and you never said anything then and it still bugs you.

But I don't know if he did cheat he said he never would but it was always a thought in my mind. Haha
