Smile Successful trip! Congratulations!

It's hard going from the known to the unknown and if you don't do it, you'll never know but you did it.

You graduated and now have a lot more life knowledge. Taking a year off in between is a good idea also.

Your parents know you can survive on your own and since I'm a parent, include them every so often in your plans or tell them about your trip.

Don't be afraid to bring your parents into your world and share your dreams; I love when my adult children do this (I truly want to know what they are thinking, reacting, totally different world today).

It feels pretty good to stand on your own two feet but be grateful for the roof over your head.
Parents go through transitions too.

Yes. But that final stage may just happen a year from now.

I'll be taking the GRE later this summer.
