Hell no! I need my own space and my privacy.

Yeah, the one bathroom with too many people deal doesn't sound pleasant at all..... you know, those gastric distress days that people have sometimes....

No I freakin hate it! I like to have my own food and do my own thing and I would feel like I am infringing on their lifestyle if I stayed, I would also be scared to eat anything.

I would love people to come over for a few hours instead. People always get offended when I go to other countries and book a hotel instead, I don't know why because they get their own space?

I agree about the RV. Why? Take a car, stay in motels. and visit your friends friends and relatives for a couple hours and leave.

I'd do it. I have done it. In fact, I've done it quite a few times. I guess you could say that I sleep around.

The only reason I've ever felt uncomfortable staying in someone else's home was when they've tried too hard to ensure that I'm comfortable and happy. I'm not used to that much attention.

This proves to me that alot of people do LIE straight to others' faces by saying the line "make yourself at home". they say this to people who they just met, not just friends.

What proves it? I've said that to people and I mean it. In fact, I give them the tour and show them where to find everything. If the toilet paper roll is almost done, they know where to find a spare. If they want a cup of tea, they know where to find the teabags and cups. The TV remote is on the table. If they want to get up at 3 AM and make a grilled cheese sandwich, great--just try not to wake me up.
