There are still counties in NC that use the gas chamber to euthanize animals. Most people agree that this is inhumane and a cruel and unnecessary method of euthanasia. If you don't think it is, please click on this link, scroll to the bottom and watch the video. Today, August 31, is the deadline to fax a letter to David McCleod, Dept of Agriculture, stating this method is outdated and inhumane. The fax number can be found on the link but I will add here too: 919-716-0090. Please fax it today! This must be stopped! Even one person can make a difference.

I'm not watching the video. Can't believe they use gas chambers, that is a God awefull way to go. I've seen it done once on a dateline type investigative program, I believe it was in Tennessee. The reason they said they had to do it that way was cost. They put about ten dogs in a container and did the dirty deed. I'm gonna fax today.
