Gov. Pat McCrory said Wednesday that he will veto a House bill designed to adopt new restrictions on abortion clinics unless significant changes are made to the legislation prior to its passage by the House and Senate.
Nah, I don't buy it. I think he just wants to make himself look good to more voters, but you'll note it's "unless changes made" so they can make some small change and then "changes made" and he doesn't have to veto.
I see what they did, they threw it on a bill that would pass.
