Update:
Truly yours received an offer and before accepting it will visit the area again with the family.

After speaking to some of the employees at the organization and other friends that live in Triad and Triangle and browsing facebook groups etc it became known to me that there are multiple people commuting from Durham, Chapel Hill and even Raleigh to that Greensboro location. Some guys are driving for 70 mins each way from some Winston-Salem neighborhoods as well. One guy recommended to definitely live in one of the Triangle locations. I think we`ll take a good look at Chapel Hill and also at Oak Ridge and other places near Greensboro to compare.

Please help
Looking for a place to lease for two months. Are there any good apartment complexes that offer 2-3 month leases in the northern part of Greensboro? Or maybe there`s an option to break free from the lease for a fee?

In short... no. Good or otherwise.
At least not without paying an exorbitant fee for the privilege.

Just for you until the family can come down?
Extended stay motels exist to fit this need.
Furnished sublets could work too or even a 'housemate' deal.

Thank you.
Yes, correct, just for me until my family moves to GSO.
Will try to check airbnb and extended stay motels. I was also thinking airbnb.

Btw, what are the complexes considered the best in GSO (around north)?

They Hawthorne at Horse Pen Creek is nice. Also Village Lofts at North Elm is good as well. Honestly there are plenty nice apartment complexes in the city. Generally you get what you pay for. You may want to ask this question in the Triad forum for more responses.

ApartmentFinder will let you filter by "short term". I'm not familiar with apartments in Greensboro, but there are a lot of nice-looking complexes coming up.

I have one suggestion, from personal experience. It's not technically in North Greensboro, but it's in a good area that's pretty centrally located to various places in Greensboro and major highways to also get to the Triangle and elsewhere.

Since you've settled on Greensboro, time to move your discussion to the Greensboro/Triad forum which is specific to that region and thus will have much more "local" answers.

Thank you so much, I`d be glad if it will be moved!
