Our daughter says that it is not as nice as the Vestal store, but I found it much better then the Sams in Easton. The Easton store is so very small.
In Myrtle Beach Sam's Club has a gas station which I think has decent discounts.
I wannabe in Myrtle Beach too... by the sea.

SUMMER!!!!
I just notice that the dinner I was referring to is THE GOLD STAR DINNER you are talking about... wow... so in other words, you are definitely super close to me! like within 10 min drive for sure!

I did not notice that it was leveled though... it was emptied out but not leveled as of 2 days ago... (or perhaps I did not notice).

By the way, do you eat at the Happy Family Chinese restaurant too? That place has been around for ages and their fried lobster ($12 for 5 quarter pound baby lobster). I talked to the owner and in a few years, she will retired and close the place too... sadface.

Just noticed the other day our Gold Star Diner is gone, leveled......
I think it was previously reported a new CVS would go there so we'll see as progress goes along. Sad to see another dining place leave.

Great news is that there is a huge Walmart now down in Lehighton/Mahoning area. I have never seen a Walmart as big anywhere. Its quite exciting to visit.
Hey, if Trump can shop there...so can we.

Another interesting note is that a Tractor Supply is heading to Brodheadsville, the new road to it is already in formation.
I have never been in one, ever.........but, my doctor says it is his favorite store. I might finally see what that is all about.

I don't know when our new Shop Rite will rise up, but I would sure love to have a more spacious store. I love the quality of their goods, but the old store is getting so crowded. The space is marked out and it sits awaiting the grand day.

So this is some news from the West End of the Poconos.......
We might be getting some sprawl, but we need that here....So thank goodness for it.
