Can anyone recommend a cooking class? Not a continuing education kind of thing, but just a one-evening class where they make different dishes on different nights and you sign up for the one(s) that interest you?

I'm in Ashburn, if it is within 20-30 minutes or so that would be great!
Oh, found the other thread. Nevermind!

I've been trying to pull together a list of cooking classes as I'm not finding a good resource on the web. The list isn't complete, but I have a few suggestions for Chicago cooking classes: Cooking and Baking Classes Good luck!

Cookology in Dulles Town Center Mall. Also, sometimes Williams Sonoma will do one....you can check in Tyson's on this. And, sometimes the community colleges have these type of classes. (I know you said you found one, but just in case!)

Cookology in DTC. That place looks like a kick. Every time I walk by and look in the window, the people taking a class that night seems to be having so much fun.
