What do you think about the Herndon area? I am thinking about moving to Fox Mill Station off of Cabin Creek Rd.

I noticed that no one has responded. Just wanted to say that I just moved here this week. On the side of town that I live in, there is a large hispanic community. Not that that is a bad thing. We are renting a townhouse for a year until we can hopefully buy. I am very happy with the area so far. The townhome community that we live in is very nice. The hispanic neighbor hood has neat houses with well kept yards. Right around the corner from them are a few streets with very, very nice homes. All I can speak for is Herndon as a whole and I think it is a very nice little town and has just the right taste of suburbia. Hubby works in DC and takes the bus/metro every day. Not a big deal.

Wish I knew more. I am not quite sure where Fox Mill Station is. I am closer to the Dulles area but right near town.

I can't believe that you haven't gotten more feedback. I have some older posts that I placed on here before we moved and some people gave me info....you might want to look back a ways to see what you can find.

I will tell you that my husband and I went walking downtown and on the trail last night and it was wonderful. Lots of people out walking, running, biking, etc. and they were very friendly. I do like it here very much :-)
