We have been regulars at Wu's Garden on Mathis in Manassas since 2007. Today while driving past we saw that they are closed permanently. All the signage is gone and there's a poster for a property management company on the door). We are really bummed because Wu's had good food, good service and those awesome flaming volcanoes!

Does anyone know what happened? Have they moved or are they gone for good? If they are gone, does anyone know of a similar Chinese restaurant w/ Polynesian cocktails (as in the ones that arrive on fire)?

I'm not surprised. They have seen a decline in business over the years. They were around forever.

Figures. Right when I wanted to go try it out tonight. I heard good things from co-workers and friends about it, and I always drove by (on my way to Tony's NY Pizza, haha) without a thought. Boo.

Bummer, I used to love that place. I haven't been there for years, though.

I passed out on the floor there one time when I was very ill. The people were very friendly but I was'nt brave enough to eat there.

That's too bad, they had the best beef and broccoli and egg rolls in the area.

Maybe that's part of the reason the joint is gone!

Are they related to the Wu's Garden in Vienna?

I'm not sure, haven't been to the Wu's Garden in Vienna. I may check it out next time I'm in that area. Thanks for all the answers!
