My Flight is from BWI on Friday @8.00 pm and will return back on Monday by 8.00 AM. I am looking for parking my car in Vienna metro station for the weekend and for about 65 hours. So, can I do that? If not, can any one suggest me a cheaper alternative without driving to BWI.

It's not allowed, but I've done Friday morning through Sunday evening quite a number of times and never had an incident over it. Heck, leaving the lot on a Sunday evening, you don't even end up paying anything for having parked all day on Friday. But it isn't allowed, and your car could in theory be towed.
A safe and still cheap alternative (depending on volume of luggage) would be to check the boundaries of the Residential Parking Permit District and park on the street just outside one. You can find the
complete list of maps here . The days and hours that non-resident parking is prohibited vary, and Friday evening to Monday morning might not be restricted at all near some stations. Check what the actual signs say to see.

I've also left my car parked Friday-Sunday several times before, although in Dunn Loring, and I've never had any problems. And like saganista said, you don't even have to park on Friday.
