I did some yard work Tues and Wednesday afternoons and I've had a scratchy throat and post nasal drip for the past 2 days. No other outward signs of a cold or flu, though. I looked at pollen.com and our area seems to be medium with grass pollen the highest.

Anybody suffering?

BTW, I'm not one of those that is on meds for allergies and only get bad when that yellow stuff ends up in all the cars (early spring?).

Funny you should mention this. My husband, who has pretty bad spring seasonal allergies, has been saying the same thing. He heard something about mold spores being high right now, I think. But he is having allergy symptoms too after working outside.

Interesting to hear this. Actually, I've been wondering the opposite. Usually I have a hard time will allergies, but this summer it hasn't been as bad (thankfully, since this spring they really flared up). Maybe we're allergic to different things? Spider bites have been unusually annoying this summer, though. It's always something!

Mine were at their worst in May and June--then completely disappeared till two days ago. Came back out of nowhere--constant sneezing. I suspect the rainfall brought out a lot of late blooming and pollen.

Thanks for the replies. Good to hear I'm not alone!

Like I said, I'm not one of those that is constantly drugged up for allergies around here. It really gets bad for me when you see that yellow stuff on all the cars. I'll just take a chlortrimeton for sleeping and try to limit my outdoor activities. For some reason, pollen.com has everything at Medium. Maybe they'll run an update and come up with High stuff for some mold spores or something else.

The last couple of weeks have been horrible for me for allergies; I sneeze constantly, my nose is always running and I have to put drops in my eyes - and I'm not sick!!

Yes, Yes, Yes...thought I was alone too! Mowed on Monday..now dripping like crazy. Don't feel bad, but it is annoying. A zrytec cleared it right up..but can't take it during the day, unless you want me be CUI (computeing under the influence) but I usually don't need it this time of year.
