I've never heard of MOM's. How is their produce, and how are the prices? It's always nice to have new places, and I wish them well, but they have a lot of competition nearby.

The very name of this establishment is enough to keep me away except in a dire emergency. I picture mothers with giant strollers buying tea cozies from people in tie-dyed t-shirts. Shudder.

July 2011 -- This Autumn, MOM's Organic Market is bringing organic food, low prices and incredible selection to the Dulles Corridor with the opening of MOM's Herndon. Located at 424 Elden Street in the Town of Herndon, MOM's newest store will be minutes from Reston and less than a mile from the Fairfax County Parkway (Virginia State Route 7100). The new store will feature spacious aisles, closed-door coolers, and energy-saving LED bulbs and skylights overhead. Like all MOM's, it will run on 100% wind power and offer recycling receptacles for CFL bulbs, batteries, and more. MOM's Herndon is scheduled to open in Autumn 2011.

It's My Organic Market (MOM). It's a lot better than whole foods with better price. They have meats from local farms with schedule delivery while their seafood is like trader joe.
