I have had a real struggle finding reviews of organizations and what it's like to work for them anywhere else other than on Glassdoor.com, particularly if it's a smaller company. After lots and lots of googling I was able to find 3 one-sentence reviews of a company with whom I have an interview scheduled. They all basically said (reviews were from over the course of the past three years) "Run for the hills!" but had no other comments to back up their warnings. Of course, these could be unhappy/vindictive/etc. ex-employees, but they could be just as easily not. Glassdoor can't be the ONLY game in town, can it? First dates are always so PERfect. I'd like to know what the 25th date is like.

There is also a review section on Indeed where people leave comments about the company/organization. Although with Indeed, it's usually not nearly as many comments or reviews like you'll find on sites like Glassdoor.
