Any recommendation of apartments with LOADSSSSSSSSS of Indians around Leesburg and Ashburn area.
I am looking for a 1BR with Den in the range of 1100-1200.

Thanks,
Ashish

I think most of them are in Arizona and Oklahoma now.

Ashburn has a large Indian population (especially 20148) but there aren't many apartments here, and none of them are in that price range. You are probably looking at 1400+ for a 1-BR, no den. Have you considered renting a basement or space in a private home?

Actually, Saddle Ridge might work for you. A former coworker of mine lived there, and liked it okay, but that was over 10 years ago.

Look for a place that works with your budget, and don't worry about demographics. There are a good number of Indians in Loudoun, and east of Leesburg the mix is about the same no matter which section of Loudoun you're in. I'm not sure if any place would quality as having "loads" but you'll have more or less the same percentage no matter where you live. Even if you were to find a certain building that seemed to have a high percentage of a certain group of people, residents here are fairly transient so those people might move out in another year and the mix would change.

Thanks cdmurphy, this is actually within my budget and has got 1 BR with Den, but unfortunately the one with Den is not available on their website. Let me call them tomorrow and check.

There are also several places near the George Washington University's Ashburn campus (which is on Route 7). I don't know the names offhand but it should be fairly easy to search.

If you are looking for something along the lines of Devon Street in Chicago (Indian/Pakistani dominated neighborhood), then you should know that there is nothing like that in NoVa - much less Leesburg or Ashburn

I don't know of any apartment building that has a predominance of any other particular demographic; it's just not the way things are here. Repeating what I said earlier:

If it's vital for you to live in a building where people are of a certain race, you may want to re-think whether you would be happy moving here. Northern Virginia doesn't really have areas like that; everything here is mixed.
