You are now the proud owner of a vinyl siding tool shed, located in commuter hell. The median family income is about 82,000 per year; which puts it below Fairfax or Loudon Counties. Less than half of the inhabitants over 25, have a bachelor's degree or higher.
If you had to be in DC by 9, you would have to leave at 7. If you did by it off of the bottom, you will make money--but it is real hard to catch a falling knife.

El General, you're too funny, always bashing Bristow and Price William County. Sour grapes, perhaps?

General's a good dude, he actually knows a lot about this area. I normally agree with him on PWC being a hole, but Bristow/Gainesville is really nice. But yeah, traffic really does stink. However it's a lot better now that they have fixed the 66 ramp a bit.

Isn't that the truth. I cross over 66 every morning and can tell you that by 8:30 almost all of the traffic is completely cleared out. It will be gerat once the interechange is done and the VRE is in.

That intersection of 29 & Linton Hall is going to get worse before it gets better. I just recently figured out I can take University to Wellington to bypass that intersection.

I'm not so sure it will get worse. I think that as more people discover University, Wellington and Limestone, it will only get better.

...you might also try taking Limestone. If you're going to Wellington from Rollins Ford, it will be even faster for you.

Well I mean with the upcoming rebuild of the intersection that it is going to get worse before it gets better. Will try to avoid it at all costs

Ahh yes I've gone via Limestone, but have found it a bit hard to see to turn right onto Linton Hall. There's some fencing there I think. I can't remember. I always get some big vehicle right beside me too. I certainly don't want to turn left from there. Call me chicken. When we first visited here, I remember having to turn left from Rollins Ford on to Linton Hall in the dark when the road was being rebuilt. I told myself "just aim for the hole". LOL Luckily we found the light at Glenkirk and have been turning left there ever since.
