If anyone has experience with this dealership, would you please send me a pm. We're looking to purchase a used car from them long distance, would like to know if you've had positive or negative experience with them, or generally how do people view them.

My dad bought a car from them, i think the guys name was "frog"?? Anyway, he was a prior marine, good dude. Real big black dude. I never heard any complaints about them when I patrolled that area.

We went ahead with the internet purchase, sight unseen (except for photos and description, carfax, and all that). They drove the car 400 miles to make delivery to us for a reasonable delivery fee (in lieu of shipping), and we are very pleased. Evidently they do a lot of this kind of selling, especially for returning servicemen. They get a car ready for them on arrival back in the US.

That's really the only reason I came back in here - to say that this GMC dealership (Rt. 1Pontiac, Buick GMC) in Woodbridge is a class act. They treated us well, and very fairly. We got a price on a great SUV, loaded with all kinds of extras, that is some 5-8K less than we could find locally. I think it's a family owned business. If you want the name of the person to contact, send me a pm.

It was a bit scary to buy a car this way first time out, but we'd buy another one the same way from these folks.
