I can't be as detailed - I'm not sure where the zips change but I'm Alex. City (and I think they do a great job ) - I'm in 22304 - so convenient to so many things.

Flamingo do you know anything about the 'Townes of Hillwood' or 'Society Hill'?

Hi Analyze This,

The Townes of Hillwood is right near us in Alexandria. It looks like a lovely community. We have lived on the West End of Alexandria for 4 years and have loved it. We are in the process of looking for a home, so we will be moving in the next few months (hopefully). We have a 3 year-old and just need more space, but we love our condo.

It's very convenient to DC, and it's nice to be so close to Old Town Alexandria. You can probably find a pretty good deal as they are supposed to move forward with the renovations of the Landmark Mall and turn it into a Town Center in the next couple of years. Although, that has been on and off for a while now.

Ok, thank you! I have to move in two months and would prefer to buy but I have a 'back up' plan just in case.
