Looking for classroom space to rent for Montessori School (salaries, codes)

I would like to rent space in a church or other appropriate facility in NOVA in order to begin a Montessori School. If you know of any available space, please let me know. I have extensive experience, Montessori certification, furniture and Montessori materials already.

Hi David,

I would love to find an angel investor. I am having difficulty finding any space that meets the building codes as it is. I have no investors right now so it all depends on my experience and track record with admissions which is very strong. I usually capture almost every parent that I meet in my other school in another state, but I do have to depend on tuition because I have no other way to pay expenses for salaries, rent, additional materils and daily operations.

I will also start a foundation and I am currently in the process of doing that for an Arts Program. I will need to find funding sources for that program as well as for a program for both special ed and gifted students.

How do I locate an angel, or do you know? If you know any that may have interest in this project, I would love to hear from anyone that shares the same belief in quality experiences for children.
