Sometimes i wander into that forum. The only thing that I even go into DC proper for is Bolling AFB. I don't know that much about the actual DC. After seeing the ghetto part of NW (Georgia Ave and Kennedy St area), I have trouble finding reasons to go back.

Aw, you don't know what you're missing. DC is great. Just the same, I skipped an event tonight. Just tired of fighting rush hour traffic to get in from exurburbia.

I've "searched" within it for topics of interest, but I don't really hang out there the way I do here.
(Incidentally, I also love to hang out in the real D.C. - not to "party" (I don't do that), but to check out architecture, shops, neighborhoods.)
