Thinking about buying a house on Penn.Ave.and I had a few people say it's not a good idea.They say there are a lot of gangs,drugs,shootings and breakins.Would love to hear other inputs really like the house but I have my 7yr.old granddaughter in the summer and her safety is my main concern.Thanks
