Well, I haven't seen them all, but have seen quite a few.

I'd probably vote for Lebanon.

I like Wooster's downtown a lot. Penninsula is wonderful too.

Westerville, from the options given. The others not so much. Bexley, Grandview Heights, and Delaware are other suburbs with character in the Columbus area. There are other nice downtowns in different parts of Ohio that might be better though.

Is this for the cutest small town in Ohio or in the Columbus area???? I would say Findlay, OH Zanesville or Perrysburg (although its a suburb, It has a nice small town feel)....
