We don't gloat when it is a foregone conclusion....it has been fun watching all the gator and longhorn fans touting their particular hero, though.

Same reason our fans do not rush the field after a big win like all the other schools do! We (OU) have bigger fish to fry, we only get excited about Heisman winners, Big 12 titles and NC titles!!

Ahhh. Superiority with class. I like that. That is a quality that is not all too common. People like you are what move me closer to being a fan than just someone who admires the OU program.

No need to gloat, we have OUr eyes on another prize. Great accomplishment, but there's unfinished business to take care of. I did like that they gave a shOUt OUt to the Cherokee Nation. Brief shOUt OUt, but at least they shed some light on it. I wOUld like to congratulate the Tebow and McCoy for doing a good job for their teams as well.

BOOMER SOONER

**I hope we don't have planes flying banners over OUr head tomorrow.

I hope winning the Heisman doesn't doom Bradford's chances in the NFL. It seems like all the Heisman winners go bust in the NFL.

There is unfinished business on January the 8th that needs attending to. Go Sooners!

Yes, this OSU fan is very, very happy for Sam Bradford. I watched the award last night. All three of the young men were outstanding players, but of course, the best man won! I think I heard the mayor of OKC was going to have a parade in his honor? Or was it the Norman mayor?

Bradford brought pride to OK and the Cherokee Nation.

Yes, it's good to see a homegrown Native American son win the award. Brings back shades of one of the greatest athletes of all time; Jim Thorpe, from the Sac and Fox Nation of Oklahoma.

Jim Thorpe All-American, I still watch that movie. I love that movie. I know it's just a glimpse of what a person he was, but I still marvel at his accomplishments. I remember seeing that when we were kids, then we would go out and play Decathlon games in the backyard. We all wanted to be Jim Thorpe.
