I'm currently looking to finally move out of my parents house! I'm looking for a good apartment (2bed) that is cheap / decently priced near the interstate. I currently work at 156 & Maple area but I go to Iowa Western for school (east CB). any suggestions? I would rather live closer to work then my school but any open suggestions would be much appreciated!

oh and I'm only looking for a 6 month lease because I'm not to sure how much longer I'll be in Omaha for

Thanks

Whats cheap? Some may find $1500 a month cheap while for me it has to be under $400. Cheap is subjective, an actual dollar amount is not. I don't live in the area so I can't help, but if you give an actual dollar amount it will help others help you.

Well, in the immediate area around the Interstate, there are a few apartment complexes near 108th and Maple. The ones south of maple on the west side of 108th look pretty nice. I know there's Tudor Heights, north of Maple and on the east side of 108th. I'm sure those are cheap, but I know they're not nice. Then there's some on the east side of I-680 and north of maple, and there's the Maples on 97th just a little farther east. Best bet would be to look them up, as probably nobody here knows the prices of all the apartments in that area.
