Anybody still looking for apartment in irvine. I want to sublease mine (2 bedroom 2 bath) for $1400 for from December 2010 to June 2010

I have stayed at Woodbridge Meadows for a year in 2000 and the only issue I could somewhat agree on with VeronikaW would be the parking but then again, any popular, generally full apartment complex will have the same issue.
I don't recall any cockroaches or any other issues with the leasing office. The leasing office people were actually pretty decent from what I could remember, no tricks with the deposit either, not any more than what almost all try at least. Getting the entire deposit back is always a challenge if not an illusion.

If I am not mistaken, they were cheaper than all others we looked at because it was one of the few complexes that was not owned by the greedy Irvine Company.
The location was not bad either, especially if you will be a student at Irvine Valley College, UCI isn't far as well.

Ladye, any place you find in Irvine will be safe, I assure you that. That boring-ass town got that going for itself that is for sure.
