Who would you say is the best property manager in Orange County? We want to rent there, but want the best & most honest to help us find a single family residence. So far, I found Irvine Property Management or Total Property Management. Any comments, please? Any other property managers I should consider that you have had experience with in Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Laguna Nigel, or Aliso Viejo??
Any of these towns to stay away from?

Thank you for your honest input.

I don't have any experience with single family residence property managers, but, I'm pretty sure all of Laguna Woods is a retirement community, so you have to be 55+.

I've lived in Irvine and Aliso Viejo, and all the cities you listed are nice.

I know on the east coast (where I've also lived) it's much more common to go through a property manager to get a rental, which is what I had to do in New Jersey (and was shocked by the exorbitant fee they charged). On the west coast, it is usually the owner that rents out their place, so you won't find as many rentals through a property management company.

V. =)

Default NOT Ponderosa Property Management

Unresponsive, low standards, caters to cheap landlords who don't care much about long-term business relationships with good tenants.

BJ Properties and Ray Roberts Realty are pretty popular options on the west end of the county
