10 figures is "probably" in the top 0.1%?

If your net worth is 10 figures, then you are in the top 0.0000016%. Yes, I did the math.

Maybe you were exaggerating your net worth just a wee bit? I know we are picking on you, but good grief.

For the record, I agree with the second part of your statement.

Besides, mentioning something online is not really bragging since you didn’t not see the person.

I could tolerate some bragging but 10-digit net worth?

for all I know, those who have rentals here couldn't afford management companies do the work for them

I like to believe people until their stories fall apart. And for me, the story fell apart when CaliRes said hesitantly that he was "probably" in the top 0.1% in the US. Anyone with 10-digit net worth would have no doubt about that.

0.1% of the US population is 325,700. Anyone under the impression there are that many billionaires in the country?

Oh, you thought I meant billionaire.

I meant "10 digit" as in tens of millions. Sorry for the misunderstanding

You can go back to discussing and calculating what exact percentage of rich people exist for different wealth amounts. I'm rich, so I don't care about pedantic things like that.

I've also posted broker account statements on here with just my personal info blacked out confirming that I'm pretty much a 1 percenter of 1 percenters.

Not to brag actually, but to prove I could pay up in a bet someone gave me as a challenge, which I accepted (long story).

If you worked for it and earned it, and it's legit, I have nothing but respect...
