Planning to buy queen bed, mattress and sofa (set) during Presidents day.

Any recommendations for a store or chain offering good discounts and service.

Looking for cheaper options and not branded ones.

I bought a tempurpedic. Absolutely love it. Yeah it's not cheap but considering I spend 1/4 of my life sleeping I want a good night sleep.

when I was in Anaheim, there was mom and pop furniture store in front of Living Spaces along Euclid Street. I check first what they have in Living Spaces then buy it in the mom and pop store. a lot cheaper and they deliver right after you pay with no delivery fee.

we could hardly notice any difference from the old mattress we bought from Living Spaces years before.

of course if you are living in South OC, you have no option like that unless you are willing to drive to Anaheim.

you can also check those hardware store along State College Blvd in Anaheim. way cheaper again that what you find in Lowes or Home Depot

that's just one of the perks of living in North OC along with the variety of food

My husband and I went to a number of the name big mattress retailer. I don't remember why we settled on Sears. Oh, my husband was able to get a discount through his job. The saleslady said if the mattress sags while under warranty, that Sears will give a new replacement. She did that with a mattress she bought from there.

I think the Sears Outlet in Santa Ana carries mattresses and other furniture? I know there's a lot of great deals on appliances.

The Sears website shows some closeout mattresses at 60% off with extra $50 off? Prices vary from $550 to over $1k, but great discounts, free shipping and old mattress haul away .
