I'm a retiree, considering relocating to the Oregon Coast but would seriously miss the best fitness center in Grants Pass. It has all the usual equipment, personal trainers, many exercise classes, but what I like the most is the warm therapy pool and the hot spa at 104 degrees, plus the other huge swimming pool for laps (all indoors, of course). Does anyone know if any of the coastal towns have an excellent fitness facility with indoor swimming? Thanks for any responses.

I know theres a couple of fitness centers around town here, plus North Bend Municipal pool has indoor/outdoor pools and Mingus park has the heated outdoor.
sorry i cant be of more help, but maybe again, Bay Area Fitness Center??? might be able to google something on it.

tiffela...... it's called the Bay Area Athletic Club and it has a very nice web site. THANK you for the suggestion. When I visit Coos Bay I'll have a look at it. I don't know much about the area so I guess I'll research that also. Thanks again.
