I googled it and it seems awfully close to Pine Hills if not a part of it. If you know anything about Orlando then you would know that this is one of the unsafest parts of Central Florida. Search the board for Pine Hills and you can get more information about this area.

If you look a little South West of this area you will find one of the best areas of Orlando, Windermere.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

Default Not too bad

I pass thru this area quite a bit and for being in Pine Hills it one of the better parts. If I'm remembering right there are a lot of duplexes in that neighborhood.
You will be close to shopping and it's easy access to HWY 50 and the expressways.
Balboa which is the main road connected to it is a favorite cut-thru for people avoiding the traffic on HWY50 so it will get busy at times but not crazy.
Enjoy your neighborhood.

Thanks guys for your input, I knew that the actual street was nice because my sister's cousin-in-law lives a few streets over; but I was looking for information on the surrounding area and that is what I got. Really looking forward to the move (July 25).

The area is N of Colonial and close to Apopka Vineland, the homes fall in the 100-200k range, just a middle class area nto great but not horrible. It is a little West of Pine Hills.

In fact, it was in July 2007. Things have worked out pretty good; I'm still here right now but will be moving into an apartment nearby as my brother-in-law just got a job in Jacksonville and I can't afford the house rent on my own. I have no problems with the area, but 32818 is a very diverse zip code, it has some really nice areas and some not nice areas. You definitely need to check out the specific street you are moving to.

Never heard of Cabor Ct. with that zip code. This is Connecticut, correct? Our zip codes here start with 064 or 065, 066 not 3's that I know of?
