Thankfully for the alligators it's not your decision to make. People should respect that these creatures were here first and have just as much of a right to live their lives in peace than we do.

Is that a theoretical right or a legal one? I honestly don't know. I am not up on animal rights law. Have they literally declared that the alligators have rights?

I know they haven't said they can eat babies or anything like that. But have they said we have to just leave them be to live their lives in peace until they eat someone?

In fourteen years, we've had one occurrence of a gator in the neighborhood and they took him away. No problem, they came right out, caught him and took him away. Do we now have to let them hang around if they show up? Or are we supposed to just let them hang around?

Alligators are natural predators who eat whatever they can find to survive. Humans are the ones who have higher brain function - supposedly at least...

I agree. If they want beaches, drain the ****, regulate temps and chlorinize it. Otherwise, do away with these beaches.

I'll take that as a "No, they have no legal rights."

I'm not a lawyer, I couldn't tell you about alligators' legal rights.

Speaking of rights, has anyone ever informed you that you have the right to remain silent? It seems that would be next to impossible for you

I got that when you didn't answer the question and were just nasty, but thanks for the confirmation.

Should we kill every animal in Florida that could be dangerous to stupid humans?

They built the Resort/district on swamp land. The Alligators were there first. Disney should leave them in place and invest in more warning signage in many languages. Don't kill the Alligators
