You pretty much already live in the best riding area in Central Florida. If you haven't already tried it, I heard U.S. 27 is great ride through the interior of Florida. U.S. 441 all the way up to Gainesville is a nice ride, especially in the stretch between Ocala and Gainesville when you pass through all the horse farms. For local horse farms, there's a really nice little strip on 46 from Mount Dora to Downtown Sanford. And the stretch of Colonial eastbound heading out the beach is nice and of course the beach and shoreline itself is always a good ride.
