smokinraider is on a distinguished road
just looking for 6 month lease than buying just want to be close to work does Oviedo have. Older folks I am in my late 20s so I want a young professional crowd in a safe spot I use to live in Chicago so I know to be careful

Then Waterford would be fine, Oviedo is not a older crowd, mostly professionals and families.
