Thanks for the replies. It's in Davenport. I really like the looks of it ~ I would be putting a deposit down without actually seeing it that's why I was wondering how it was. Thanks!!!

I didn't realize this was a hotel. I thought it was a condo. Are you just thinking of staying there till you can drive around and see what you like?

It's a resort with townhomes and pool homes. I was interested in renting a 4 bdrm townhome for a year.

Have you heard anything else about Davenport? If I were you, I'd get here first and look around to see where you like it just to be safe. If you sign a year lease then you're stuck whether you like it or not. Are you set on that one place or have you found others?
