Many of the places have mold damage. seems they arent taken care of too well. With high vacancy comes people not paying HOA's which brings up problems for owners. It seems kind of trashy to me....

hi Bjans,

I own a 2br, 2bth renovated condo in Walden Palms. The project is actually under new management and the entire project has actually done a 360 degree turn positive. If you are interested I will be leaving the country and interested in selling it. I would even consider financing a portion of it since I do not have a lona on it. Feel free to call me (212) 790-7169

Hey there-

Im writing because I looked at a unit there yesterday & it looked pretty nice actually, but I keep hearing of how much crime is there...

How was/is your experience there? Do you still live there? Would you recommend it?

I need to find someplace, but don't want to make a mistake...

Id really appreciate your feedback! Thank you!

Default I am a current tenant

I have lived in the complex since May and I can say that there is quite a bit of problems here. Since I have been here, there has been a DEA drug bust, excessive police presence and quite a bit of crime such as robberies and car break-ins.

I am a 26yo single female and I don't feel safe here by myself. I am not overly paranoid, and am fairly street smart, but this place just doesn't give a comfortable vibe; most of my friends don't like to even come over.

The front of the complex is actually not as bad, so it kind of depends where you are. I am in the back and it is well-known in the complex that this is where most of the problems are.

I will pay $200 cash to anyone who gets me a lead that lands the lawn and landscape maintenance contract. If anyone knows the community manager, this would be a great way to earn extra cash before the holidays.

I been living at Walden Palms for about 2 years now and I hate living here and I am going to finally move out. They never fix anything here I have mold in my unit and because the property management was stealing all the tenants rents and security deposits there was no money to fix the mold problem in my apartment that caused me to have two damaged nerves and had to undergo surgery a few days ago because of it. Please know one move in to walden palms because the things in your apartment will never get fixed. Too many robberies and scams going on here.
