Here's the thing i have been doing research on and off for about 2 yrs now on where to move close to Solivita , i am a carpenter and my wife is a RN and we have 2 boys 4 and 5 that are into sports . I have looked at several sub divisions close to Solivita (within 30-45 min ) but they are either run down or HOA fees are off the wall , i want to narrow my choices of places to live to about 3 . Thank you and Happy New Year ..

It depends on your price range and home criteria but I like it a tad further north, Shingle Creek Reserve, Isles of Bellalago are a couple and they have distress properties listed on the mls and new builds offered by builders.

There are more just watch out for CDD fees on top of HOA fees.

Hope this helps,

Thank you Dave , i wanna try to stay away from Avatar and Bellalago's HOA fees are too high for what you get plus outside the gates is what i'm concerned about . Finding a home that meets my criteria shouldn't be a problem but finding a area that is safe to raise my sons is the biggest hurdle .

I haven't seen it for myself but I heard that Plantations in St. Cloud is nice & you are probably 40 min from Solivita
