Hik, We also have Belcher, Ky right here in my county. It is at the foot of Card Mountain. My mother in laws maiden name is Belcher, she was born on Lick Creek in the same area

Why are there so many things called or named "Lick" in KY ? I noticed that while I was working in L'ville couple years ago.
