I woke up tired after a night of wild and strange dreams about a married couple I know. I dreamed the husband had an asthma attack and I was running every where trying to find a doctor finally I found two and when I got back his wife had had a huge baby boy and my X was in the waiting room waiting for me. I seriously need to drift after all that shidd. The X makes me a little.. sell I don't like to dream of him!

I had a dream I was on a bus and Richie Sambora and Jon Bon Jovi were on it too..lol. Jon was cheating on his wife.........no, not with me...lol...and I said my peace to him and then woke up.

Today, my crush came into my {{{invisible space}}} and said something I shan't repeat otherwise Buddy will take it out of context.
Let's just say I turned red....again. I think he's getting a kick outta seeing me blush. grrrrr

I read they have cancelled many of the daytime soaps because the number of viewers had declined. All My Children and One Life To Live, the latest victims this year. Their bright idea is to put on more reality and talk shows during the day, now there is something new and inventive. No wonder people stop watching TV.

I am not into reality TV at all... I think I'd rather watch All My Children and I think they need to cancel that one and the other one too. The Bold and the Beautiful is the one I like. Wow I learn allot from my fellow drifters
Soap operas are a strange thing. Wherever I go on vacation in the world, you turn on
the TV and there is a local soap opera. Women seem to be the main viewers. My wife
loves them. There are three main ones here, Emmerdale, Coronation Street and Eastenders.
All of them have been on for many years, Corrie for over 50. My wife even likes to read about
forthcoming story lines in the TV mags. To me, they are so silly, one is set on a street of
about 20 homes and a pub. Every disaster known to man has happened on that street!!
I live in a cul-de-sac of 8 homes - nothing ever happens round here. Still, she enjoys watching
these people living their pretend lives on TV.
Have you ever watched a very old episode of a soap? They are kind of interesting, especially if they have the commercials in them. My grandma used to watch, As the World Turns. There are a few old ones on You Tube. I watched an old Coronation Street episode, it was from the 60's I guess. It's funny how they can hook ya, when I was in the Air Force I'd often go with my friend to his place for lunch, his wife was hooked on one, so did he, then so did I, then my wife, and my mom. They were kinda popular among the college crowds over here in the 80's. After a divorce, I divorced the soaps too.
Do they have continuing dramatic story lines on night time TV over there? That's basically a soap too.
