Karla's taking a vacation and has trusted me with the QOTD this week. If you recall I cover my insecurities with humor so you may get a chuckle this week when you answer

Today's Question(s):

You have been cast as a character in a SITCOM. Which one, past or present, would you choose?

Bonus Question:
Do you eat the frosting or the cake first?

Extra Credit Question:

If we Googled your name what would we see?

Word of the Day:

cashtration; The act of buying a house which renders the subject financially impotent for an indefinite period of time.

This Week Is
Customer service week: 3-7
Spinning & Weaving week: 3-9
No Salt week: 3-10
National Chili week
Get Organized week
The week Studedude fills in for Karla.

Today is:
Carmel Custard Day
Child Health Day

World Habitat Day
Techies Day
Virus Appreciation Day

These questions were prepared and kept in a hermetically sealed mayonnaise jar in the Studedude headquarters in Hobart, Tasmania

Today's Question(s):

The first person that came to mind was Peter from Family Guy. It would be nice to be able to do whatever I wanted and not care what others think. However, I think I will go with Alf.

Bonus Question: Do you eat the frosting or the cake first?
I usually try to save at least a little frosting for last.

Extra Credit Question:
If we Googled your name what would we see?
I just tried it. The first listing was my profile for C-D. When I Googled my real name I came up with a couple surprises. It came up with a listing for me in Anchorage. That one had me being 111 years old.

Word of the Day:
cashtration; The act of buying a house which renders the subject financially impotent for an indefinite period of time.

Today's Question(s):
You have been cast as a character in a SITCOM. Which one, past or present, would you choose? These days, I'd probably fit best in the Golden Girls. Not sure which one though - I'm a bit brighter than Rose, not quite as flirtatious as Blanche, nowhere near as tall as Dorothy, but rather taller and younger than Sophia!

Bonus Question:
Do you eat the frosting or the cake first? I'm quite likely to eat the frosting and not the cake itself.

Extra Credit Question:

If we Googled your name what would we see? You'd find a lot of stuff about people that aren't actually me, including a woman who has written some religious books, a professional photographer, and a woman who is a specialist in employee reward and leadership development.

These questions were prepared and kept in a hermetically sealed mayonnaise jar in the Studedude headquarters in Hobart, Tasmania.
That'll go nicely with all the gorgeous seafood they have down there!

Have a good week.

Today's Question(s):

King of the hill

Bonus Question:
Do you eat the frosting or the cake first?
Not a big fan of cake but if I had to choose
I would eat the cake over the too sweet frosting.

Extra Credit Question:
If we Googled your name what would we see?
Nothing
I have tried and believe it just brings up my name and phone number.
CD is the closest thing I do to social networking and not a fan of facebook as i think it is walks a fine line of privacy.

G'morning, Studedude! Thanks so much for covering for Karla while she's off having fun - you are an exemplary host.

Today's Question(s):
You have been cast as a character in a SITCOM. Which one, past or present, would you choose?

No clue, I've never watched one.

Bonus Question:
Do you eat the frosting or the cake first?

I generally prefer the cake; frosting is way too sweet for my tastes.

Extra Credit Question:
If we Googled your name what would we see?

Well, if you Googled MidwesternBookWorm, you'd see a lot of posts here. If you Googled my real name, you'd find links to a number of people who are not me. The last time I checked, there was a lawyer, a baker, a writer and a lot of others with the same name as mine.

Good morning all! It's a beautiful 63 degrees in Orlando. A much welcomed break from the heat!

Today's Question(s):
You have been cast as a character in a SITCOM. Which one, past or present, would you choose?
Maude

Bonus Question:
Do you eat the frosting or the cake first? Cake...save the best for last..that is if it's a whipped cream frosting. If it's the greasy overly sweet kind I leave it.

Extra Credit Question:
If we Googled your name what would we see? My Facebook and someone other than me with lots of letters behind her name.

Have a great day everyone!

Today's Question(s):
You have been cast as a character in a SITCOM. Which one, past or present, would you choose?
Because neatness has never been one of my virtues I could easily be Fred Sanford.

Bonus Question:
Do you eat the frosting or the cake first?
Depends on the flavor. Chocolate frosting always goes first. That way you get the good part if you get full and can't finish the cake.

Extra Credit Question:

If we Googled your name what would we see?
The first article with any substance is the account of getting my hair all cut off to raise money for an organization that gives financial assistance to injured race car drivers. It was done in the starting line at the track in front of about 5,000 spectators.

Good morning to all! Thanks for QOTD Studedude! Hope KwaK has a great vacation!

Today's Question(s):
You have been cast as a character in a SITCOM. Which one, past or present, would you choose?
Red Forman! I see a little of myself in him.

Bonus Question:
Do you eat the frosting or the cake first?
Cake first to enjoy the frosting later.

Extra Credit Question:
If we Googled your name what would we see?
Just the usual... my Nobel nomination, TMZarticles about my late night affairs with female celebrities out on the town, etc. Nah... The only thing I ever found was reference to a couple articles about work that I was quoted in.
