I was expecting a workman- yes just about the last job here- at around 10am, so imagine my surprise when he turned up at 8-20am.

At least I knew he was coming but it did throw me a bit. What about people who just turn up? Well let's find out because the POTD is;

People who turn up unannounced.

Probably it was better than being real late or a no show.
I don't like it when relatives show up unannounced. They seem to come at inappropriate times too.

Hey in OPEC countries it's 8 to 10 cents a gallon, and that's for the peons, the bigwigs get it free for their limos.

Major peeve of mine! Most people associated with me now know that I won't answer the door if I'm not expecting anyone. I barely like to have anyone over period, let alone unannounced.

This is a huge peeve of mine. I think it's unbelievably rude to just show up unannounced and with cell phones there's really no excuse.
