I think we have all had the nosey neighbor... we had a neighbor who kept binoculars in by her front window to snoope on the whole street.

Just an idea for those neighbors who want to know how much your house is worth... one can go on line in most states and find the appraisal information on you own home and others. You can even find out if they, you neighbors have sludge on some of that info to keep thier tax appraisal low.

Our nosey ... sorry, psychotic neighbor ... finally got a taste of her own medicine. Her actions got the best of her in the end!

Just take a picture of her. Walk up to her with a camera or video recorder and just make her think she's being photographed.

Suddenly she'll feel like the tables are turned and she would want to know why SHE is being looked at!

I agree. Age doesn't put anyone above the law. If it did think of all the elderly bank robbers!

Yeah - go with the hedge. Besides it looks nice and attracts birds. We have been dealing with a NFH for the past decade+ - the best thing you can do is when you move into a property - install the highest privacy fence you can allow per zoning. People are just too psycho these days to be neighborly to... I will be neighborly to people of my own choosing - not just because I happen to live next to them. People are just have no decencey anymore. And laws are such that you cannot do anything about someone whose lifestyle does not allow you to have enjoyment of your property. It is pathetic and sad.

No - I have never had to deal with a nosey-nellie though...

We have a man in our neighborhood who allows his dog to walk off leash and right up our long driveway all the way to our back fence. Drives our three dogs crazy. My husband often reminds him, we have a leash law and he is trespassing. Some people.

I have that as well. In addition, this guy actually walks up our driveway and onto our lawn with the dog. He does pick up after the dog, but I don't want him walking on our property.
