I am a regular blood doner and have been for over 20 years so I'm used to it by now.

I like a certain amount of routine in my daily life

I’m not a creature of habit at all
Other:
Definitely a creature of habit regarding food choices, supermarket and eating out. I had one restaurant question me when I didn't order what I usually get. I'm also a creature of habit regarding clothing choices. I have multiples of the same items just in different colors. I'm definitely anal about planning a road trip. Most of my "spontaneity" springs from procrastination/doing things at the last minute.
Extra Credit Question:
When was the last time you had a medically-administered needle (eg vaccination, blood-work etc)? How squeamish are you about them?
No problem with needles. Last needle was a blood test in June.
Bonus Question:
What colour is –
Your front door
green
Your favourite coat/jacket
black
Your favourite pair of shoes
Uh-oh, I refer you back to the creature of habit question. I have my favorite shoes in 3 different colors: black, tan and navy.

Extra Credit Question:

July - blood-work, not squeamish.
Bonus Question:
What colour is –
Your front door Kind of an eggplant color
Your favourite coat/jacket Right now, black
Your favourite pair of shoes Oh, I'm having trouble even thinking about having to wear shoes again. I took off my shoes and played in the fields at St. Gaudens with my granddaughters after school yesterday.
Current favorites are pink flops. When I have to wear shoes again, favorites will probably be my red heels.
Just for fun:
What’s for dinner tonight at your place? Um. No idea. Maybe fish. I'll go to the store after school and see what looks good.
I like routine in most of my day-to-day life I like a certain amount of routine in my daily life I’m more inclined to spontaneity than routine I’m not a creature of habit at all Other: While I have been known to hop in my Jeep and takeoff for a couple days without any advance planning and I have a job where more than once with only a few hours notice I have headed off to the other side of the planet, I am very much a creature of habit.
Extra Credit Question:
When was the last time you had a medically-administered needle (eg vaccination, blood-work etc)? How squeamish are you about them? It has been a few years since someone stuck a needle in me. It was probably for vaccinations. As long as I do not have to look I am not squeamish. That is a good thing as once while getting vaccinations the nurse walked in with 6 hypodermics loaded with who knows what. Got stuck three times in each arm.
Bonus Question:
What colour is –
Your front door My front door is hardwood and stained with a light blondish color stain
Your favourite coat/jacket My only jacket is navy blue
Your favourite pair of shoes Black
Just for fun:
What’s for dinner tonight at your place? Don't know yet. Will decide when I go to the store later on.

Just for fun:
What’s for dinner tonight at your place? Whatever we decide to order off the menu of our favorite Italian restaurant. What I know for sure is that there will be chocolate brownie ice cream cake for dessert because it's my turn to choose, and that the owner will comp us a couple of glasses of after-dinner port, which he always does because we've been regular customers for over 20 years (how routine is that?)

Extra Credit Question:
When was the last time you had a medically-administered needle (eg vaccination, blood-work etc)? How squeamish are you about them?
Hmmm.... its been awhile since I've had a needle. I have a requ to go get some blood work done that's been sitting in my calendar for over a month some day I figure I will have time to get it done. Needles don't bother me, what bothers me is when the person giving the needle says it feels like a mosquito bite...I say they are full of prunes!
Bonus Question:

Your favourite coat/jacket
Red
