Hi and welcome to the last Sunday QOTD for June of this year. IF YOU ARE BORN ON JUNE 28, then your zodiac sign is Cancer whose shy personality is only a part of being a young crab. From inside, you are someone who is emotionally guarded. You keep your guard up to protect yourself from pain and suffering. In addition, you can invest too much time into worrying about things you should not.

Went shopping for shoes this week. Haven't been for awhile and was fascinated by the various types of shoes people buy and wear. So our first question deals with shoes.
Question: Of the following list what kinds of shoes/footwear have you worn or are wearing now?
Alligator shoes?
Buckle shoes?
Tennis shoes?
Flip flops?
Flats?
Moccasins?
Sandals?
Pumps?
Stilletto shoes.
Mules?
Penny loafers?
Clogs?
Ballet shoes?
Blue suede shoes?
Regular boots
Cowboy boots?
Leather patent?
Platform shoes?
Oxford shoes?
High heels?
Low heels?
Do you know any heels?
Other?
What are you wearing now?

Went to a doctors appointment also this week, so the questions are:
What's the longest you've had to wait to see the doctor in the office?
What is your wait time limit before you get tired of waiting?
Have you ever gotten tired of waiting and got up and left?
Have you ever been to the emergency room at the hospital?
How long did you have to wait until you were seen by a doctor?

Misc.
We've all heard the expression "whichever way the wind blows".
Do you know which way the wind blew today?
Do you know your high/low temps for today?
Any rain happen lately?

Have you ever lost your house keys?
Have you ever lost your car keys?
Have you ever lost your car in a parking lot?
Have you ever lost your mind?

Pun time: Why did Mike take his computer to the optometrist?
Spoiler
He wanted to improve it's web sight.

Why did Satx take his computer to the doctor?
Spoiler
Because he thought it had a virus.

Well that's it for this Sunday, hope you enjoyed the questions and had an enjoyable relaxing time away from the normal routine.

Thanks for playing, enjoy the moment, the day, and don't do anything I wouldn't do...

Alligator shoes?
Buckle shoes?
Tennis shoes? XXX
Flip flops?
Flats?
Moccasins?
Sandals?
Pumps?
Stilletto shoes.
Mules?
Penny loafers?
Clogs?
Ballet shoes?
Tennis shoes? Once again XXX
Blue suede shoes?
Regular boots XXX
Cowboy boots?
Leather patent?
Platform shoes?
Oxford shoes?
High heels?
Low heels?
Do you know any heels?
Other?
What are you wearing now?
A pair of very worn out sneakers.

Went to a doctors appointment also this week, so the questions are:
What's the longest you've had to wait to see the doctor in the office?
Maybe 2 hours

What is your wait time limit before you get tired of waiting?
My wait time limit is up before I even leave the house to go to the doctor

Have you ever gotten tired of waiting and got up and left?
No. I have to be near death before I will go see a doctor.

Have you ever been to the emergency room at the hospital?
I have

How long did you have to wait until you were seen by a doctor?
Anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours

Speaking of ER visits, back in 2001 when I broke my arm I could not get in to see a specialist so I had to go to the ER to see if I needed surgery right away of if it could wait. The hospital was remodeling their ER so they were using a temporary ER. The door from outside was not automatic and had to be opened by hand. Every time a nurse was wheeling a patient outside or someone was coming inside I would get up and open the door for them. After 2 hours of this one of the nurses said in a voice loud enough for every one to hear "Does anyone else find it strange that the only person willing to open the door for others is the guy with the broken arm"

Misc.
We've all heard the expression "whichever way the wind blows".
Do you know which way the wind blew today? What wind?
Do you know your high/low temps for today? Way too hot and not cold enough
Any rain happen lately? Not for several weeks

Have you ever lost your house keys? Nope
Have you ever lost your car keys? Yep
Have you ever lost your car in a parking lot? Nope
Have you ever lost your mind? Yep. A picture of it is on the side of milk cartons

I have athletic and casual dress shoes.

I do not remember the longest I had to wait at a doctors office. Currently it's not more that 15 minutes and it's been that way for years.

I've been in the emergency room in a hospital about 8 times. Last time was for 4 days, six years ago. Pure hell.

Never lost my keys.

I can remember a few times when it took me 20-30 minutes to find my car, most of that parking garages I was not familiar with.

Thanks, wit-nit.
Hope everyone has a good Sunday!

Hi and welcome to the last Sunday QOTD for June of this year.
Went shopping for shoes this week. Haven't been for awhile and was fascinated by the various types of shoes people buy and wear. So our first question deals with shoes.
Question: Of the following list what kinds of shoes/footwear have you worn or are wearing now?
Tennis shoes?
Flats?
Sandals?
Pumps?
Mules?
Clogs?
Regular boots
Cowboy boots?
Leather patent?
Platform shoes?
Oxford shoes?
High heels?
Low heels?
^I don't know difference btw. pumps & high heels, but whatever-I rarely wear "dress" shoes.
What are you wearing now? Socks only. Shoes are removed at the door to outside.

Went to a doctors appointment also this week, so the questions are:
What's the longest you've had to wait to see the doctor in the office? That I can recall in recent memory, 45 mins. or so.
What is your wait time limit before you get tired of waiting? Depends on the context-transportation, weather, how packed their schedule is, etc.
Have you ever gotten tired of waiting and got up and left? Don't think so, can't be sure.
Have you ever been to the emergency room at the hospital? Yes, when I lacked insurance or a primary dr.
How long did you have to wait until you were seen by a doctor? Can't remember, it was too long ago (which is a good thing).

Misc.
We've all heard the expression "whichever way the wind blows".
Do you know which way the wind blew today?
No, though I'd guess it's from the northwest or thereabouts, since that's usually how it goes here.

Do you know your high/low temps for today?
I check the internet a lot throughout day for weather info. and it says 56F is the temp, flat, for a rainy, cloudy 24 hrs.
Any rain happen lately?
Right while I'm posting this, began about 6 & 1/2 hrs. ago.
Have you ever lost your house keys?
Never.
Have you ever lost your car keys?
No car, no keys to misplace.
Have you ever lost your car in a parking lot?
See above answer, but when I shop with friend who does drive, it takes me a while to locate it.
Have you ever lost your mind? I'm sane enough to know not to answer that one.

Well that's it for this Sunday, hope you enjoyed the questions and had an enjoyable relaxing time away from the normal routine.
Thanks for playing, enjoy the moment, the day, and don't do anything I wouldn't do...
Thanks for the Qs, wit-nit.
Wishing everyone a
luscious, delectable Sunday.

Question: Of the following list what kinds of shoes/footwear have you worn or are wearing now?
Alligator shoes? No, but what do you call a slow-cooker with a watch in it? Crock-a-dial.
Buckle shoes? Not a pilgrim.
Tennis shoes? I have played tennis, but wear sneakers or trainers or tennis or running shoes for just about anything, even tennis.
Flip flops? Yep, good summer home footwear.
Flats? No high heels, so must have.
Moccasins? Had moccasin slippers as a kid.
Sandals? Is that the same as flip flops?
Pumps? Water pumps and oil pumps on the vehicles. Never used them as shoes though.
Stilletto shoes. Stiletto, is that a kind of cheese?
Mules? Donkeys and horses wear shoes, too. When I heard they're nailed to the feet I decided not to try them.
Penny loafers? Due to inflation was nickel loafers, then dime loafers. Now at least quarter loafers and rising. Dollar loafers, anyone?
Clogs? I have unclogged plumbing, but never with shoes. That would just clog the pipes more, surely.
Ballet shoes?
Blue suede shoes? Thankyaverymuch!
Regular boots As opposed to irregular boots.
Cowboy boots? Have a pair, seldom worn.
Leather patent? Could register a patent, I spoze.
Platform shoes? Great for stepping up on your soapbox.
Oxford shoes? What, no Cambridge shoes? Philistines!
High heels? Only if kicked high inthe air.
Low heels? Same as flats?
Do you know any heels? I've met a few.
Other? Barefeet.
What are you wearing now? For shoes? Summer plasticy sandal or flip flop type shoes, navy blue tops, black soles or just socks.

Went to a doctors appointment also this week, so the questions are:
What's the longest you've had to wait to see the doctor in the office? Maybe an hour.
What is your wait time limit before you get tired of waiting? 30 minutes
Have you ever gotten tired of waiting and got up and left? Not at a doctor's office, no.
Have you ever been to the emergency room at the hospital?
How long did you have to wait until you were seen by a doctor?

Misc.
We've all heard the expression "whichever way the wind blows". Sounds like a lot of wind blowing from wit-nit HDQ tonight.
Do you know which way the wind blew today? No idea.
Do you know your high/low temps for today? Warm enough for a/c all day and night.
Any rain happen lately? A bit.

Have you ever lost your house keys?
Have you ever lost your car keys? I've locked them inside the vehicle.
Have you ever lost your car in a parking lot? Only temporarily.
Have you ever lost your mind? I heard about a guy who went bananas, but then he split.

Happy Sunday to all
